duplicate permits

Learner's permit holders can now order a duplicate copy of their learner's permit through the RMV's Online Service Center. Students can use this transaction to pay for and print a duplicate permit, preventing the need for a customer to visit a service center before their road test in cases in which they have lost their permit.

Note: The duplicate permit will print on 8.5x11 paper.
